1. Global Dispatch & Transit Schedules
At CEVA Logistics Express, all consignments are structured into optimized trade lanes. Standard order processing and warehouse handovers take 24–48 hours from tracking creation. Flight and road transit times vary based on selected tiers:
- Priority Express Air: 1–3 business days globally.
- Standard Ground Delivery: 3–7 business days.
- Sea Freight Solutions: 14–30 business days depending on origin-destination port pairs.
2. Custom Clearance Responsibilities
International shipments may subject consignees to local customs processing, import duties, or taxes. While CEVA manages physical clearance paperwork, any government fees levied at destination ports remain the sole liability of the importer of record unless explicitly pre-arranged under DDP terms.
3. Failed Delivery Attempts
If courier agents are unable to hand over packages securely, we will initiate up to three delivery attempts. Uncollected packages will be returned to the nearest local terminal holding yard for up to 14 days before being re-routed or destroyed.
