1. Agreement of Terms & Conditions
By entrusting cargo packages or documents with CEVA Logistics Express, senders, handlers, and recipients automatically agree to all policies, liabilities, and service clauses stated herein, as well as our standard global air and road waybill agreements.
2. Prohibited & Hazardous Cargo
Our fleets will not accept hazardous, illegal, or unstable materials without formal pre-approval. Senders are prohibited from packaging unregistered weapons, unauthorized chemicals, contraband, or counterfeit articles. Any package containing illegal goods is subject to immediate handovers to local regulatory authorities.
3. Limitation of Liability
Except as mandated under international freight treaties (including the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions), the liability of CEVA Logistics Express for loss or damage is strictly capped at standard carrier rates unless higher supplementary valuation options are paid and approved during booking.
